Cardi B & ‘You’ Actor Penn Badgley Stan Over Each Other on Twitter

During a press conference for season 3 of the Netflix series, You, Penn Badgley was talking about the pros of cons of social media and who he believes uses the platform correctly.
In a clip circulating on social media, Penn says Cardi B uses the platform correctly because she has an authentic relationship with her followers.
Cardi saw the clup, reposted it and added the caption, “OMFG He knows me!!! Yooo like I’m famous famous.”
The two have cemented their social media relationship by each changing their avatar to the other person’s face.
