Weekend Box Office: “Frozen II” Remains On Top, but “Knives Out” Cuts in at #2
Over the weekend, Frozen II continued to dominate the box office with a staggering $85.2 million at the box office. Knives Out, the ensemble homage to mystery writer Agatha Christie opened in second place, with $27 million. Ford v. Ferrari kept zooming along in third place with $13.2 million. A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood, the film about television star Mister Rogers, settled into fourth place, making $11.8 million dollars in ticket sales. The new romantic drama Queen & Slim opened this weekend and made $11.7 million, enough to grab fifth place.
