Terrence Howard spoke out about the attack on his Empire co-star Jussie Smollett. Chicago Police said Smollett was physically attacked early Tuesday morning by two men who yelled racial and homophobic slurs at him.

Speaking on Good Morning America, Howard said when he heard about the assault, “Jaws dropped to the ground.”
