Taylor Swift Announces New Album “Midnights”

Taylor Swift was the big winner at the VMA Awards, but it may be Swifties who went to bed feeling like winners last night. During Tay’s acceptance speech she surprised fans with some big news.“I thought it might be a fun moment to tell you that my brand new album comes out October 21,” she shared while accepting Video of the year. “And I will tell you more at midnight.”

And it certainly was appropriate to announce it then because the 13-track album is actually called “Midnights”

““This is a collection of music written in the middle of the night, a journey through terrors and sweet dreams,” Taylor shares, adding, “Midnights, the stories of 13 sleepless nights scattered throughout my life, will be out October 21. Meet me at midnight.”
