Lil Nas X Finally Returns With “J Christ”

After a week of building up hype, Lil Nas X’s new single “J CHRIST” is finally out. The artist has been telling his fans he’s in his Christian era ahead of the roll out.

The rapper previously shared cover art depicting him as Jesus Christ on the cross, posted an apparently fake acceptance letter to Liberty University saying he got into college for Biblical Studies, and the music video even apparently had a premiere party with lookalikes of celebs walking the red carpet…including Barack Obama, Ed Sheeran, Taylor Swift, Michael Jackson & more.

Now Lil Nas X’s single is finally out. Ahead of it dropping, he shared “my new single is dedicated to the man who had the greatest comeback of all time,” a reference to Jesus coming back from the dead after he was crucified.
