Hurricane Warnings Issued for Parts of the Carolinas

Tropical Storm Isaias is expected to intensify as it approaches the Carolinas will likely make landfall as a Category 1 storm.

Storm watches and warnings now extend from South Carolina and North Carolina,  all the way to Rhode Island.
