Ed Sheeran Seeks Permission For Crypt In Chapel At His Suffolk Estate

Ed Sheeran has been working on his estate, “Sheeranville” for years now and his latest addition includes a crypt inside of his chapel.

The crypt would be 1.8 meters (5ft 10in) by 2.7 meters (8ft 10in) with wording on the ground floor of the chapel, which reads “burial zone beneath (penetration through slab)”. The application says the crypt would have visitors from around the word that would use the crypt as a place to pray and meditate without being disturbed.

The application is currently being reviewed by the planning authority. The application says the crypt would be lined with flint, with a spiral stair tower, a lead roof and stained as well as clear glass windows.
