Britney Spears To Appear In A New Film Called ‘The Idol’
Britney Spears has announced she has a project in the works.
Fresh off her conservatorship, Britney posted a secretive post to Instagram, “I just shot a movie titled “THE IDOL.” “It’s guaranteed to have hits and a lot bright pics to put in my beautiful family’s faces !!!!! I hope you guys are having a merry ole jolly time cause I sure am !!!! If I go quiet from time to time, you can catch me with this cat somewhere [crying laughing cat emoji]!!!!” she added.
Some fans speculated that Britney’s movie was actually a series of the same name starring The Weeknd and Troy Sivan. The series is co-created by Euphoria’s Sam Levingston about a pop star who falls in love with a cult leader. TMZ reported the two projects were actually different projects.
